In addition to apartment market research, Ron's 37 year commercial apartment industry experience has included large apartment brokerage, development consulting, apartment ownership, and commercial development.

Ron is an Arizona State University graduate, an ASU Real Estate program guest lecturer, is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council's Board of Directors, a former Arizona Multi-Housing Association Director, and serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute Multi-Family Council.

Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer - Jim Kunkel is the company's Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Pierce-Eislen, Jim served as President of El Dorado Investment Company, a subsidiary of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation. Prior to Pinnacle West, Jim was a Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) managing partner.

Jim has served two terms as President of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy, was President of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth, and served on the boards of both the Arizona Alliance of Business and Homeward Bound. He was the first President of the Accounting Circle, a non-profit group providing support for Arizona State University's School of Accountancy and Information Management.

An honorary initiate of Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity, he was also 1984's Arizona State outstanding Alumnus. In 1988 he was elected to Arizona State University's Business College Hall of Fame.

Vice-President and Director of Sales - Ron Brock, Jr. is Pierce-Eislen's Vice-President and Director of Sales.

Following graduation from Arizona State University, Ron was employed in progressively more responsible positions with US West Paging, Bell Atlantic Cellular and Choice (currently WorldCom) Cellular. Prior to his 1995 entry into commercial real estate brokerage, Ron received several national awards for superior sales achievement.

Principal Shareholders and Directors - The company's principal shareholders and directors span a broad range of apartment development, ownership and lending experience, including: The former subsidiary President of one of the country's largest mortgage banking firms; one of the U.S.' largest apartment developers; one of the Southwest's largest apartment portfolio owners; the founding principal of one of Europe's largest mortgage banking firms; and the founding principal of one of the country's largest retailers.
