Format
Portals are subscribed under an annual term, defined by several user options:
Single-User – A single-user subscription applies to a single individual
Multi-User – A Multi-user subscription supports up to four users.
Corporate User – Corporate subscriptions support up to 12 users.
Optional – A range of users, extending from five, through 12, is available.
Geographic Area
Subscriptions are by market; available markets are listed under Markets Served.
Subscription Pricing
Variables applied to subscription pricing include:
- Number of users
- Number of markets subscribed
- Market Size (designated as "A+", through small "C")
- Discounts applied to apartment association membership, and groupings of markets subscribed within a specific geographic area.
