How We Make Apartment Information Available
Apartment information is made available in reports specific to user needs in both Property-Related and Market-Related formats. Reports can be purchased individually, or in specified Portals, grouping reports according to industry function. Reports and Portals describe as:
Property-Related Information
Property-Related information accesses all apartment properties of 50 units or larger. Available information can be either specific to a subject property, or general. A general interest assumes individually listing all properties of a particular type. These are accessed as:
Specific Property
If a specific (subject) property is of interest, selection can be made by the property’s: Name; street address; or owner name. If information regarding the subject property is incomplete – only general knowledge of the property is available – the number of alternatives can be narrowed if the property’s size in number of units (specific entry), or approximate size are known.
General Property Type
If your interest extends to selecting properties of a particular type, a select list of those properties can be generated by applying a range of parameters incorporating any combination of the following criteria:
- Property improvements rating
- Location rating
- Completion period
- Property size (in units)
