Pierce-Eislen's Pledge

Required Information
Required Information is the data that Pierce-Eislen needs in order to establish your account. The online enrollment form collects your name, company name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and email address. Financial information is collected through the Credit Authorization Form which authorizes us to bill your credit card for purchase of services charged to your account, when applicable. The Credit Authorization Form may be completed online, then downloaded, approved by signature, and returned to Pierce-Eislen by U.S. mail.
Optional Information
Pierce-Eislen is committed to ensuring that you receive the information and service that best meets your needs. The optional information we ask you to provide from time to time will be designed to help us understand your specific needs so that we may continually improve our services.
Tracking Information
To monitor our server traffic, we store a small data file on your hard drive when you visit us. This file is referred to as a "cookie." Cookies in no way provide any personally identifiable information about a user, but can be useful in providing added convenience for a user.
