How We Make Apartment Information Available

Apartment information is made available in reports specific to user needs in groupings - Portals - each specific to user needs related to apartment industry functions:

Information can, depending on individual category needs, be Property Related - selection of a specific property, or a particular type property - or market-related information.

Property Related

A specific property can be selected by:

  • Property Name (Current, or former)
  • Address
  • Size (in units)

Properties of a particular type can include a combination of criteria:

  • Property improvements rating
  • Physical Characteristics (i.e. pitched roofs, mechanical systems...)
  • Location rating
  • Location Characteristics (golf course, ocean view...)
  • Completion period
  • Property size (in units)
  • Rental Status (Affordable, Age Restricted)
  • Type (High-Rise, Garden, Student...)
  • Distressed Properties (Multifamily Foreclosures \ Fractured Condominiums)

Properties of a particular type can be furthered selected geographicallly by:

  • Submarket
  • Zip Code
  • City
  • Within a user-defined radius extending from one mile, up to five miles, in one-mile increments.

Information defining apartment market conditions is made available under several Eislen Report formats:

Eislen Tállis Index - A monthly period-to-period, and market -to-market index defining direction of apartment market conditions - markets on the rise, and markets where near-term prospects may warrant concern.

Eislen Topline - By the tenth day following month-end - every month - apartment market status: Change in rents; rental concessions participation; new developments in process; and sale activity - all by rental segment: Workforce housing; Low Mid-Range; Upper Mid-Range; and Discretionary (Luxury).
