How We Make Apartment Information Available
Apartment information is made available in reports specific to user needs in both Property-Related and Market-Related formats. Reports can be purchased individually, or in specified Portals, grouping reports according to industry function. Reports and Portals describe as:
Property-Related Information
Property-Related information accesses the apartment property universe of 50+ units in size. Available information can be either specific to a subject property, or general. A general interest assumes individual listing of all properties of a particular type. These options are accessed as:
Specific Property – If a specific (subject) property is of interest, selection can be made by the property's: Name; street address; or owner name. If information regarding the subject property is incomplete - only general knowledge of the property is available - the number of alternatives can be narrowed if the property's size in number of units (specific entry), or approximate size are known.
General Property Type – If your interest extends to selecting properties of a particular type, a select list of those properties can be generated by applying a range of parameters incorporating any combination of criteria:
- Property improvements rating
- Physical Characteristics (i.e. pitched roofs, mechanical systems...)
- Location rating
- Location Characteristics (golf course, ocean view...)
- Completion period
- Property size (in units)
- Submarket
- Rental status (Affordable, Age Restricted)
- Type (High-Rise, Garden, Student...)
