Site Analysis
Site Analysis begins with a Prospector search, defining a subject location's competitive environment within a selected radius, extending in one mile increments, up to five miles. Analytics include:
- Apartment communities of a type most likely to be directly competitive with the proposed new development;
- The full apartment universe - all properties if 50+ units in size - within a selected radius, or properties of the type contemplated for development.
- Area rental rates
- Key employment (250+ employers)
- Sales of properties of a type similar to the proposed development.
