Pierce-Eislen information is subscribed under several formats, according to a subscriber's particular need; made available through Portals - a grouping of reports organized to accommodate specific areas of specialization. Service is by annual subscription.

Format
Portals are subscribed under an annual term, with user options defined by number of users:
Single-User – A single-user subscription applies to a single individual
Multi-User – A Multi-user subscription supports up to four users.
Corporate User – Corporate subscriptions support up to 12 users.
Geographic Area
Subscriptions are by market. Available markets are listed under Markets Served.
Subscription Pricing
Variables applied to subscription pricing include: Number of users; number of markets subscribed; market size (designated as "A", "B", "C", and "Small C" – determined by the number of properties and units included in the market); affiliation with an apartment industry professional organization (National Multi-Housing Council; Apartment Association - local, regional, or national).
