Phoenix Metro Housing Study

Arizona State University's Arizona Real Estate Center publishes the Phoenix Metro Housing Study, quarterly. The Study provides composite (single-family, townhouse/condominiums, and multi-family) housing market information within 32 submarkets. The vacancy study is conducted by mail to all apartment owners with follow-up by telephone, as required.

Study information provided among all housing categories includes: Permits, absorption, and vacancy. Category-specific activity further includes: Single-family sales, and affordability; townhouse/condominium sales activity, and; multi-family starts, and completions.
