Tucson Land Use Study

The Metropolitan Tucson Land Use Study provides a comprehensive summation of Tucson Metropolitan area real estate market activity. Published quarterly by the Pima County Real Estate Research Council, Inc., and researched by the University of Arizona's Office of Economic Development, the Study provides market information describing activity within 15 metropolitan area submarkets. Study information describes activity within a spectrum of real estate market segments, including: All housing types; shopping centers; street-side commercial; and the Pima County economy. Information provided includes summations of:
