Apartment information is made available in reports specific to user needs in groupings - Portals - each specific to user needs related to apartment industry functions.
Information can, depending on individual category needs, be Property Related - selection of a specific property, or a particular type property – or market-related information.
Property Related
A specific property can be selected by:
- Property Name (Current, or former)
- Address
- Size (in units)
Properties of a particular type can include a combination of criteria:
- Property improvements rating
- Physical Characteristics (i.e. pitched roofs, mechanical systems...)
- Location rating
- Location Characteristics (golf course, ocean view...)
- Completion period
- Property size (in units)
- Rental Status (Affordable, Age Restricted)
- Type (High-Rise, Garden, Student...)
- Distressed Properties (Multifamily Foreclosures \ Fractured Condominiums)
Properties of a particular type can be further selected geographically by:
- Submarket
- Zip Code
- City
- Within a user-defined radius extending from one mile, up to five miles, in one-mile increments.

Information defining apartment market conditions is made available under several Eislen Report formats:
Eislen Tállis Index - A monthly period-to-period, and market -to-market index defining direction of apartment market conditions - markets on the rise, and markets where near-term prospects may warrant concern.
