sale activity compares a twelve-
month period with the same twelve-
month period prior, allowing
illustration of a summation of
sales completed according to
property quality. Total sales can
be illustrated by:
- Number of properties sold.
- Average price per unit,
and average price per square foot,
illustrated across the full
spectrum of property qualities.
- By property age range.
