When specific property information
is known, a Spotlight search
will locate the property by:
- Property Name - current , or prior
- Property Address
- Property Size (units)
When only general information is known about a property, a discrete search will narrow prospects by applying parameters relating to:
- The property's approximate size (in units)
- Location by street name. Having the street's direction (east, west, south, north) further enhances selectivity.
Alternative: The Prospector search provides an alternative search method for a difficult-to-pin-down property. Prospector allows searching a property's approximate location, then listing all properties located within an immediately surrounding area - a radius extending from as discrete as a one-mile radius, to as inclusive as any other radius you choose to select. An optimal search is best limited to a one-mile radius.
