The TRUMP! Report Illustrates properties in distressed condition: Preforeclosures; foreclosed (REO) properties; properties held in bankruptcy status; CMBS properties, and; partially sold condominiums – some units held by individual owners, the remaining units having reverted to rental. Partial conversions include properties at two levels:
- Originally operated as apartments, and which have been partially converted to condominiums with unsold units reverting to rentals, and;
- Properties originally completed as condominiums, partially sold, and the balance of unsold units now rented as condominiums.
