A Group is a select list of business development prospects designated for special attention – a collection of properties, owners, management companies, apartment buyers, or sellers identified as desirable to be maintained in a permanent, or semi-permanent, file for some specific purpose.
A Group is named individually, any number of Groups can be maintained, and can be modified on-the-fly, as required. Groups are created through four options:
- By individual property selection, accessed through the Spotlight report
A collection of properties, as selected through reference to the Clouseau, or Caliber searches.
A collection of owners, or management companies, through reference to the Enterprise, or Manager reports.
A collection of buyers, or sellers, through reference to the Elite, or Probe, reports.
