The Prime report illustrates the market’s, a city’s, or a selected submarket’s highest, – or lowest – rental rates in a selected floorplan. The metropolitan area’s highest rental rates can be accessed in five-property increments, extending from the top five, to the top twenty-five. Alternatively, the lowest five to the bottom twenty-five rental rates in a selected floorplan can also be illustrated.
Prime’s purpose is to identify the best-performing, and lowest performing, properties when need for analysis at that level is relevant to your project. Selection options include:
- Comparison of rental rates in any of the six most frequently-occurring apartment types: Efficiency, studio, one bedroom, two bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath and three bedroom/two bath floorplans.
- A specific range of property size (i.e. 50-99 units; 100+ units).
- Any submarket, or submarket grouping, desired, or alternatively;
- Any municipality desired.
- Specific relation to either property improvements or location ratings – or groupings of improvements or location ratings.
- Any desired range of property age.
